ISSUE: Our firm has developed specialized expertise in ramping up significant highly specialized professionals on aggressive time frames. We have recruited many of these individuals in preparation for bidding on prospective projects and Request for Proposals (RFP), recognizing that the winning bid is not immediate or guaranteed.

PROCESS: We formulated a mutually viable fee agreement that mitigated recruiting expenses if they don’t win without over compensating if they do. We sourced the candidates and assisted with completion of the related paperwork on significant security clearances associated with the proposal.

RESULT: The client won the substantial FDIC contract and already had the majority of the project staffed prior to signing on the dotted line.  Since that time, M. Lane and Associates has developed extensive experience identifying and qualifying numerous professionals for multiple contracts within the FDIC.
