I want to upgrade my staff, but I don’t want the drama…
ISSUE: A client in the finance industry wanted to elevate the caliber of her staff in an effort to be more competitive with a rival organization. She initiated evaluation of prospective candidates (both her own and those sourced by our firm) without raising suspicion, escalating anxiety or creating a work flow disturbance with current staff members.
PROCESS: We provided off-site interviewing conference rooms and facilities at our location at times convenient to the client during the interview, follow-up meeting and selection process. In the event no candidate was identified discernably better, the work environment was not disturbed.
RESULT: The newly selected hire was introduced to the organization on our client’s terms without premature disruptions.
